...thanks to all the ladies on fts with me that helped get me going for this weeks sketch ... it was a tough one for me .. i don't do odd items on layouts .. and i had forgotten about the bingo papers i had bought while in St. Louis in May .. yup travelled half way cross the country to finish this layout :) .. not a feather typer girl nor do i have sheet music i want to tear up .. and i gave away all my bottle caps and never keep anything for scrapbooks except tickets and some cards ..

soo here it is .. i used a brown lunch bag for my kitchen item and made it into a lollipop flower, i also dry embossed one of my 8 + papers with a musical note folder and inked it, i pulled out the bingo card and went from there to playing with the paint and ink and liquid pearls for my letter A and the scrolly thing underneath the title :) all in all it turned out well i think! ... in it for one more week!! woohoo!

One more week in! I had a hard time with this sketch, well not necessarily the sketch but the products that were required to be used. I never use more than 3 or 4 pp on a LO .. this one had 7 and 2 pieces of cardstock. I used 3 different washi tapes, again never use that stuff even though I have a new stash of it :)! I dug into the recycling bin for the corrugated cardboard which is inked and torn, and then I painted my first naked alphas acorn color and inked the edges. I also used 3 border punches and 2 shape punches! I have to say after doing all of this stuff to my layout I love the way it turned out. The pic is of me 40 years ago in the winter of 1972. TFL!
