SYAO 52 - 1 year down, how many to go?

This deserves an entry all to itself as I have officially completed one year of challenges for Paper Secrets SYAO Round 2! YAHOO!! 

I enjoyed this last year, and tried many new things because of this challenge. Added many new items to my stash just in case it was one of the options, and now next week's challenge is going to be harder or so the threat is ;) ! 

I really like how this layout came out. It took a lot more time to make then usual because of all the extras but it was fun to work on! For the challenge I used 7+ pattern papers, paper clips, doilies, tags, buttons, twine and I distressed and used a stencil. TFL!

my wk 17 on FTS - in which I used 5 + pp, distressing, stamped my stitches, ribbon and alpha stickers. 

and week 3 on Colorful Creations in which I used 2 + pattern papers, washi tape, 2 pictures, and handmade my own pinwheel.

SYAO 51 & a few more ..

This was a layout created using a sketch from last weeks challenge on FTS group. I love the sketch and will for sure use it again and again! 

This is also a layout done using a sketch from Colorful Creations. I don't do many 1 or 2 pic pages but this is a nice sketch for those :)!!

Here is the journalling for the next sketch below. I made a booboo with the U R and covered it but then wanted to also accent the other YOU in the title .. so alone those two pieces say You are You .. which goes with the journalling and the title One of a Kind! 

My week 51 layout for Paper Secrets SYAO challenge. I used machine stitching, distressing, 5+ buttons, tags, staples, 8 pattern papers, vellum,  and arrows. I really like how it came out and it used up a LOT of scraps :)!

Week 16 @ FTS

And the last page I will probably work on today as we need to do some family things before the dd goes back to school tomorrow :( !! This was for wk 16 challenge @ FTS. It also qualifies for our quad war week 2 challenge on the group. I used animal - owl & bird, stickers, chipboard - tree & house, stitching and 3 punches.

This layout was done using a sketch for a challenge on Colorful Creations. Week 2 of So You Think You Can Scrap. Yes this is the 3rd challenge like this I have entered in which each week we get a new sketch and a new list of embellies to use for the layout itself. I really liked this sketch and have it on my desk to use again :). I used layering, ribbon, chipboard, flowers banner journaling strips.

Welcome to week  of SYAO on Paper Secrets! For this challenge I used 7+papers, 3 handmade banners, alpha stickers, 5+buttons, ric, rac, staples, 3 different border punches and distressing! WHEW!

This page was made with a sketch in mind for FTS Jan Sketch Challenge :) I flipped it and made it a double pic layout instead of a single pic.  Not really feeling this page but it's done !! 

and more pages for my DD's album from christmas 2010 .. this was done using a sketch from Allison Davis which I found thanks to Keitha and I love her sketches now and plan on using many more ... I also entered in  an ACOT challenge as well!
